Being that media is a fast-paced, always changing realm, I've developed different tactics for staying organized and up to date. I utilize online calendars with Apple and Google, social media calendar tools such as Sprout Social and Airtable, and physical planners and calendars. Additionally, I also create project plans on excel to keep track of progress.
